1. What is the delivery time of a product?

Delivery time is approximately 5 weeks for Maxton Design products, sometimes orders come in earlier, but we cannot guarantee this.

2. Why is the production process so long?

The Maxton Design splitters are manufactured only in a single place in the world – Wojnicz, Poland. Our products are handcrafted from the ground up, manually finished, packaged and shipped worldwide. We always strive to take care of the smallest details and to ensure the highest quality of our products. We do not store our products and take an individual approach to every order. The splitters get made only after being ordered, hence the manufacturing process takes from 35 to 72 days.

3. Does this product fit my car?

If you are uncertain of whether a product will fit your vehicle, we would recommend that you read the listing description. This includes a “fits only” section if your vehicle is not listed on here the product will not fit. Alternatively, you can compare your cars shape to the one in the listing photos.
Our products are designed via 3D scanning, this ensures the product fits the exact shape of the car in the listing title. Unfortunately, any slight differences can cause the product to fit incorrectly.

4. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout and depends of the country of destination. For orders over €100, no shipping costs are charged for delivery addresses in the Netherlands. For orders below €100 it is product dependent which shipping costs are charged.

5. I have a technical question about a product, can I contact you?

Of course you can! We have a specialised team of certified experts at our disposal. If it concerns a complicated question, it is possible that this needs to be investigated, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Feel free to contact us or have a coffee at our location.

6. Are all prices on the website including VAT?

All prices mentioned on the website include 21% VAT.

7. Do I need to create an account to be able to order via the website?

No, that is not necessary. You do not have to create an account to order products.

8. What about returns and warranty?

We offer the customer 30 days after delivery to return an order, please notify us in advance by e-mail with the relevant reason.
Products that are damaged after delivery or products with traces of use such as scraped, scratched or dented will not be accepted. Products eligible for a refund must be in the condition in which they were received.
If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please do not assemble/use the product and contact us as soon as possible. An appropriate solution will be found.
